Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney for a primarily remote position, with hybrid workspace available if desired, in California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction defect litigation, and must be licensed with the CA State Bar.

Duties

• Appear in court, argue motions, and participate in trial.

• Draft discovery documents and assemble discovery responses.
• Draft pleadings and legal correspondence.
• Interact with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in HOA Litigation and/or Construction Defect Litigation preferred.
• Excellent litigation skills, including deposition and trial experience.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter with a compatible personality and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational, analytical, effective oral communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.

Education
