BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Construction Defect Litigator to defend developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in complex defect matters. The role offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement.

The candidate will draft pleadings and motions, attend hearings, depositions and mediations, and independently manage a full litigation caseload while communicating with clients and providing status updates.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 5+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Construction defect experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in construction law or related practice areas preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.
• Cross-examining plaintiffs and other fact witnesses preferred.
• Trial experience a plus; 2nd chair experience a plus.
