Burnett Specialists in Houston's Galleria area seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of real estate and business litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team. You will contribute to all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to hearings, under mentorship.

- Strong research and writing skills are essential.
- Experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and attending hearings.
- Trial and deposition experience is a plus.
