Job description

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with three to five years’ of quality experience in commercial litigation to join our growing Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have experience both as a second chair lawyer on large, multi-claim, big document cases, and as first chair on smaller matters. The successful candidate will also have significant experience with ESI and in managing the day-to-day aspects of large-document litigation with minimal supervision. Excellent writing skills are required, and deposition, oral argument, and trial experience is a plus. The successful candidate may work on a hybrid basis. Arizona Bar membership required.
