DeNOVO Review, a top-rated personal injury and mass tort law firm, seeks a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience. The role covers complex matters including mass torts, class actions, sex abuse and environmental torts, with PI litigation at state and federal levels.

This is an onsite full-time position at the Columbus, OH office. The attorney will handle discovery, motions, and filings, manage a busy docket, and collaborate with lead attorneys to deliver persuasive work product while

Top rated, innovative and growing personal injury and mass tort law firm offering nationwide legal services is looking for a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate has supported all aspects of litigation and will have experience in complex litigation such as mass torts, class actions, sex abuse claims, or environmental torts. Further candidates will have personal injury litigation experience at both the state and federal level. This is an onsite full-time position located at the firm’s Columbus, OH office.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research, prepare discovery and respond to discovery
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
• Understands all aspects of litigation from intake to trial.
• Is organized and can support a volume docket of cases.
• Utilizes technology and case management software to more efficiently and effectively represent clients and support lead attorneys.
• Adheres to data integrity standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing with the Ohio Bar
