Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required with Georgia Bar admission preferred
• 2–10 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Teamwork, coachability, and willingness to learn the firm’s processes
• Willingness to relocate to Macon, Georgia if not currently based there

Responsibilities

• Support personal injury litigation from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs and motions, support depositions, and build strong case strategies
• Communicate with clients with clarity and compassion, managing expectations
• Prepare cases for trial and progressively take on greater responsibility in court proceedings
• Collaborate with a close-knit team and contribute to firm initiatives
