Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience; labor and employment experience preferred.
• Active Arizona State Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and court hearings.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cases and provide recommendations.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
