Litigation Attorney, Labor & Employment - Wage and Hour Team

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Litigation Associate specializing in Labor and Employment to join our plaintiffs-side law firm in Irvine, CA, near the beaches of Southern California. This role focuses on employment litigation, specifically for our wage and hour class action team.

Ideal candidates are proactive, CA barred, capable of communicating effectively with defense counsel via letter and phone, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn. Responsibilities include significant discovery, law and motion practice, drafting pleadings and motions, and defending depositions. You will work under the supervision of our wage and hour class action partner but are expected to manage and run your own cases.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the California Bar
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in employment litigation is a plus but not required

Salary & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $200,000 based on experience
