Who We’re Looking For

An experienced Litigation Attorney with strong Federal court experience and a gift for legal storytelling. You should be adept at legal writing, research, and discovery—and bring the firepower needed for challenging litigation and appeals. Experience before the Florida Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, or U.S. District Courts is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active member of the Florida Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience (Federal, Civil, Commercial, or Class Action preferred)
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Experience with complex motions, trial strategy, and discovery
• Proven ability to craft compelling legal narratives
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-level cases
