The Role:

We’re hiring litigation attorneys at multiple experience levels to join our Atlanta office. The firm handles complex insurance defense matters, including trucking, premises liability, and general liability cases. We’re looking for attorneys confident in managing files, drafting discovery and motions, participating in depositions, and engaging with clients and carriers.

This role is open to both early-career and senior litigators — from those looking to grow under experienced leadership to those ready to mentor and lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct or assist with depositions and hearings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
• Contribute to trial preparation and strategy
• (For senior candidates) Supervise and mentor associates and support staff

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
• Insurance defense experience required (except for junior applicants)
• Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus
• 1–12+ years of litigation experience (junior to partner level)
• Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
• First-chair trial experience preferred for senior applicants
• Ability to work independently and within a hybrid/remote team

Work Structure & Flexibility:

• Mid-Level Associates (4–7 yrs): Hybrid (2 days/week) or fully remote
• Senior Associates (7+ yrs): Hybrid (2–3 days/week) or fully remote
• Junior Partner (10+ yrs): On-site preferred; leadership responsibilities included
