Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload involving various legal matters.
• Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and conduct depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings and trials, ensuring thorough case preparation.
