Applicants must be self-motivated and manage their time independently. Our practice is busy and challenging, but we recognize the need for work-life balance. We represent large manufacturers and other companies in high-stakes class action, product liability, and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast-paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials.
