Qualifications

• 4-8 years of civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active Michigan State Bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in high-stakes class actions, product liability, and commercial litigation.
• Travel a few days per month for trials as needed.

We represent large manufacturers and other companies in high-stakes class action, product liability, and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast-paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials.
