Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to the Maryland Bar (DC/VA a plus).
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, with construction law preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and discovery management.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation from discovery through trial.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and related proceedings.
• Manage case strategy, deadlines, and client communications.
• Assist with trial preparation and collaborate with internal teams.
