Are you passionate about protecting educational rights, and creating meaningful change in your community? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Litigation Attorney to join its team. This full-time position focuses on advocating for children suspected of having disabilities, as well as those already identified as having disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and applicable Florida laws.

The attorney will represent both community families and children involved in the foster care system, helping ensure they receive the educational services, accommodations, and support they are entitled to under the law. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and a background in children’s law, education, psychology, the medical field, or related disciplines.

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage a large caseload effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
