Five years into auto defense, you know how to run a file. The question now is where you run it from, and whether the firm around you makes the work easier or harder.

This one is remote, stable and busy in all the right ways.

I'm Ryan Jaiswal of Distinct Recruitment. I'm hiring a Litigation Attorney for a Miami insurance defense firm's auto practice, and the role can be done fully remotely from anywhere in Florida.

What you'd be working on

• Auto defense makes up roughly 70% of the work: liability fights, disputed causation, significant injury claims and commercial vehicle cases
• The remaining 30% sits across the firm's wider insurance defense caseload, and you're welcome to take on more of it if you want variety
• A good, steady flow of incoming files, so your caseload is consistent and predictable
• Your own depositions, hearings, mediations and trials
• Day to day contact with carrier clients, with your name on the reporting

Who the firm is looking for

• 5+ years of insurance defense experience with an auto focus
• Florida Bar admission, and based in Florida
• A self starter who is comfortable running a full docket remotely
• Experienced associates through to counsel. No ceiling on experience
