Litigation Attorney

Konexo US is seeking a US-based litigation attorney with several years of experience to provide support to the firm’s litigation group. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Work pattern: Part-time, 10 to 15 hours a week
• Contract duration: 2 months, possibility of extension
• Location: Remote

What you should have:

• 3+ years’ experience defending clients in asbestos litigation matters
• Thorough knowledge of New York’s Civil Practice Law and Rules
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to set priorities
• Active bar membership in good standing in your state of residence
