Job Description

• Represent clients within various Personal Injury cases
• Handle all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Required work experience includes

• 2-5 years of litigation experience from the side of the Plaintiff in handling Personal Injury, Liability, and/or Nursing Home cases
• Experienced in working with a mid-sized to a large law firm
• Demonstrate an exceptional writing ability in reference to pleadings and depositions

Preferred skill/ experiences include

• ACTIVE Bar membership in Indiana and Tennessee
• First Chair experience

Required education/ licenses include

• Juris Doctorate
• ACTIVE Bar membership in Kentucky
