Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy and risk assessment.
• Oversee discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for trial.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys.

Our diverse litigation practice includes contract, real estate, tort, and commercial litigation.Ideal candidate is proactive, organized and has excellent writing and communication skills.Clerkship experience preferred, preferably in federal court or state appellate court.Must have a commitment to exceptional client service and be able to manage all aspects of litigation. Key Responsibilities
