We practice in Arizona federal and state courts, and in administrative proceedings

We are looking for experienced attorneys with the following qualifications to assist with our active caseload:

• Minimum three years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multiple, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines
• Good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
  
  

The position involves representing clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, researching and analyzing applicable law and facts, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case-related materials, and managing cases from pre-litigation demand through trial and appeal.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, bar dues, CLE, medical, vision, and dental insurance with fully covered premiums, a matching 401K program, paid holidays and time off. Compensation is based on experience.
