THE LAW OFFICES OF KANNER AND PINTALUGA PA in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Litigation Attorney. You will meet clients, assess claims, and work with insurance companies to progress cases toward resolution.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation, is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, and can communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus). You should be proactive, independent, and team-oriented, with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
