Kanner & Pintaluga, a prominent personal injury law firm in Atlanta, seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our full-time team. You will meet with clients, assess cases, and work to secure the best possible outcomes for clients under time-sensitive deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of GA personal injury experience, is admitted to the Georgia Bar, and demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment.
• Team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and earn their trust and confidence.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
