Level Link Legal, a growing business-focused law firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney for a full-time, hybrid role in Dearborn, MI.

You will manage cases from inception through resolution, take and defend depositions, draft motions, and participate in hearings and trials. The ideal candidate has a J.D., Michigan Bar, and 5+ years of substantive litigation experience with strong client communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• 5+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Meaningful trial experience required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategy based on client objectives and circumstances.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation filings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and document production.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Examine and cross-examine witnesses.
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process, providing guidance.

We are a growing, business-focused law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity for an attorney with at least five years of substantive litigation experience and meaningful experience handling matters through trial.

We are looking for a confident, strategic advocate who is comfortable taking ownership of matters and managing cases from inception through resolution. The right candidate will have strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and the ability to work directly with clients while effectively advocating for their interests both in and out of the courtroom.

This role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy and is well suited for an attorney who enjoys substantive legal work, direct client interaction, and playing an active role in case strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities
