A highly regarded California litigation boutique is expanding its Los Angeles team and is seeking talented Commercial Litigation Attorneys at the associate and counsel levels.

The practice handles sophisticated business disputes, partnership and shareholder matters, trade secret litigation, unfair competition claims, fiduciary duty disputes, and other complex commercial controversies for companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Attorneys benefit from a lean staffing model that provides significant hands-on responsibility, direct client engagement, and meaningful courtroom experience from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage substantive portions of high-value commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and strategic case analyses.
• Conduct and defend depositions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school. T14 preferred but top 50 considered.
