The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate and civil litigation, demonstrating strong legal knowledge and communication skills while providing superior client care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of title and lien priority, title claim, foreclosure, eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.

• Utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters.
• Participate in court appearances and attend required travel.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.
• Work collaboratively to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Member and in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation.
