Responsibilities include managing matters from inception through trial, drafting dispositive motions, defense depositions, and strategic discovery. Collaboration with partners and clients is essential, with mentoring of junior associates and client relationship

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top 50 U.S. law school or AM200 law firm strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong background in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, business disputes, or class actions preferred.

Position Overview:

The client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Attorney / Counsel to join its growing litigation team in Irvine.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $300,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
