• We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to oversee and manage a busy El Paso litigation docket. This is a
• remote position

• Responsibilities :
• Manage client communications and maintain case calendar / docket system
• Negotiate with insurance companies
• Prepare clients for depositions and conduct defendant / expert depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations, status conferences, docket calls, pre-trial, and trial
• Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, deposition notices, and discovery materials
• Collaborate with partner attorneys on case strategy and progress
• Handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines
• Provide regular case status updates
