- We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to oversee and manage a busy El Paso litigation docket. This is a
- remote position

- Responsibilities :
- Manage client communications and maintain case calendar / docket system
- Negotiate with insurance companies
- Prepare clients for depositions and conduct defendant / expert depositions
- Attend court hearings, mediations, status conferences, docket calls, pre-trial, and trial
- Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, deposition notices, and discovery materials
- Collaborate with partner attorneys on case strategy and progress
- Handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines
- Provide regular case status updates
