(You can be based in any state as long as your TX bar is in good standing)
*Required Experience: At least 8 years of defense-side litigation experience in General Liability, Insurance Defense, Commercial Auto, etc.*
*Base Salary: $160k-$180k/yr*
*Bonuses: $15k-$20k EoY bonus*

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with expertise in insurance defense and general liability. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various litigation matters, providing legal counsel and ensuring the best possible outcomes in disputes.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Represent clients in court proceedings and litigation cases.
* Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
* Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable results for clients.
* Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation and insurance defense.
*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense and general liability.
