Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks an Associate Attorney for a growing legal team in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience, handling civil and commercial matters and assisting with transactional work.

Qualified applicants must hold an active Virginia Bar license and possess strong research, writing, and communication skills. Prior defense litigation and additional bar admissions are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation, commercial business litigation, and transactional law.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Additional bar admissions in nearby jurisdictions are a plus.
