We are seeking an associate to join our Harrisburg office. The associate will work closely with shareholders and associates on the full spectrum of corporate business, general litigation, and municipal clients. You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team of litigation counsel and benefit from the support and collaboration of all attorneys in the firm. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to: Travel to places of business including, the office, courthouses, client locations, and other offices to conduct business. Will perform sedentary work exerting up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects including files. Must see, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, kneeling, standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and other similar tasks requiring physical activity. Will operate a computer, fax, copier, telephone, and other general office equipment. Work is generally performed in a temperature controlled office environment.
This is a salaried full‑time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday work hours. Extended hours may be needed on occasion to complete company objectives.
