Job description

Our national law firm client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its Southern California litigation practice.

This is a remote opportunity for attorneys located in California who want to continue developing a substantive trial practice while representing major automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.

Prior warranty experience is not required. The firm is primarily looking for a strong litigator with meaningful trial or arbitration experience who can confidently handle matters through the various stages of litigation and dispute resolution.

Role Overview

The attorney will work as part of a dedicated litigation team defending clients in automobile warranty actions.

• Managing warranty litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Developing case and trial strategy
