Job summary

The Atlanta office of Baker Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join our Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group.

A background in transportation litigation is strongly preferred, and experience in tort matters, defending motor carrier clients, and handling insurance coverage disputes will be considered a significant plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Preferred: transportation litigation background.
• Experience defending motor carrier clients or handling insurance disputes is a plus.

Detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
