The established team in our Wheeling office represents long-term care facilities, hospitals, and medical professionals in malpractice claims, and provides complex litigation representation in energy, professional liability, and employment matters. We also counsel clients on matters related to risk management, contract negotiations, non-compete agreements, licensing, leases, premises liability, royalty lawsuits, and wrongful death matters. Our work is and can be demanding at times, but it is rewarding and challenging and offers growth opportunities. Burns White has 11 offices across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida.
