Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Litigation Associate (Warranty Defense) to join a nationally recognized firm handling complex warranty and litigation matters. This is a full-time remote role based in California, requiring an active California Bar license and at least 2 years of hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities include managing warranty defense matters from inception to resolution, handling motions and depositions, and drafting pleadings and discovery materials while collaborating

Description: Crossing Hurdles, a global recruitment consultancy, is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm that represents leading automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in complex warranty and litigation matters to hire a full-time Litigation Associate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $150,000 - $165,000/year + discretionary annual bonus.
