Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for active litigation matters.
• Draft persuasive motions, memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Develop and present written legal arguments and strategy.
• Prepare dispositive motions and other substantive litigation filings.
• Review discovery, depositions, medical records, and other evidence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation.
