Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Associate Attorney or Of Counsel to join its Employment Litigation Practice Group. This fully remote role requires California bar admission and 4+ years of employment litigation experience.

The attorney will defend employers, handle all litigation stages, and collaborate with a national team. Ideal candidates have strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 4+ years of substantive California employment litigation experience.
• Of Counsel candidates should possess 9+ years of relevant California employment litigation experience and demonstrated first-chair litigation capabilities.
• Experience defending employers in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related workplace claims.
• Experience representing employers in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative agency matters.
• Class Action and/or PAGA experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws and administrative procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to client service excellence.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Prior large law firm experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $120,000 – $216,000+, commensurate with experience, level, and geographic location.
