Qualifications

• 0-3 years of litigation experience or relevant legal internship and clerkship experience.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist with case strategy development and litigation planning.
• Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests.
• Support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
