Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Missouri and Illinois law licenses in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation files with partners and trial team.
• Handle medical malpractice, toxic tort, and other civil defense matters.
• Conduct factual investigations and develop case strategy.
• Manage written discovery, document productions, and case analysis.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial; take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Review contracts and medical records; prepare for hearings and trials.
• Participate in trial preparation and witness examinations.
