We specialize in trial substitution commercial litigation, intellectual property, criminal defense, and class actions cases. The firm works for both plaintiffs and defendants. What you will be doing

• First-chair depositions
• Argue motions
• Draft legal briefs and pleadings
• Supervise day-to-day case management functions
• Develop and implement litigation strategies
• Take cases to trial
