Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Associate in Greenwich, CT, with 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will handle matters in state and federal courts in CT and/or MA, with a preference for intellectual property litigation experience.

JD required and CT/MA bar admission or ability to become admitted. The role includes drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, attending conferences, researching, and discovery responses, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Interest in intellectual property litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
• Admission to practice law in Connecticut or Massachusetts, or ability to become admitted.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences and hearings.
• Argue motions and conduct legal research.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Manage day-to-day case activities.
• Participate in trial preparation.
