Naples, Florida 3+ Years of Experience Preferred Compensation: Approximately $130,000–$170,000+ DOE

A well-established Florida litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join its growing Naples office.

The team handles a broad range of sophisticated civil-defense matters, making this a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term litigation practice with meaningful case ownership, experienced trial attorneys and exposure across multiple defense areas.

Compensation is based on experience, with typical base salaries approximately:

• 3 years: ~$130K
• 4 years: ~$140K
• 5 years: ~$150K
• More senior and exceptional candidates may command higher compensation

The firm also offers a quarterly productivity bonus program. Attorneys receive additional compensation for hours billed above their quarterly target, plus an additional bonus for meeting the full quarterly goal.
