You'll handle a broad range of civil litigation including trust and probate matters, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, and appear in court. Hybrid schedule and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license and strong litigation skills.
• Interest or experience in civil litigation and probate/trust matters.
• Strong written and oral communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear and argue in court.
• Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations.
