Responsibilities

• Manage your own cases and help drive them toward resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Take part in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Work directly with clients.
• Research complex legal issues and develop case strategy.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys and learn by doing.
