Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar or eligibility to join the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions and engage directly with clients.
• Collaborate with technical experts and manage critical discovery tasks.
• Draft and argue motions and support trial preparation and execution.
