Qualifications

• 2–6 years of active civil litigation experience.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, conduct site inspections, and attend court hearings.
• Draft, prepare, and respond to discovery and complex motions.
• Assist lead counsel in all phases of trial preparation and execution.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted business relationships with clients.
