Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active Florida Bar in good standing, 3+ years of substantive litigation experience, and strong research, drafting, and trial-prep

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience in general and premises liability or complex tort matters.
• Product liability defense exposure preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Willingness to handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Interview clients and witnesses.
• Prepare and deliver case status reports and strategy updates to clients.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
