Qualifications

• Active membership in the Virginia State Bar is required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience handling civil litigation matters.

• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review litigation documents and legal memoranda.
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other associates on complex matters.
