Qualifications

• 2-5 years of dedicated litigation experience, primarily in general liability defense or workers' compensation.
• Active member in good standing of the Delaware State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage general liability defense and workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and participate in trials and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and maintain legal deadlines.
• Travel for court appearances and client meetings.
• Deliver high-quality legal services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
