Qualifications
5–7 years of substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, real property, or trusts.
Demonstrated experience with motions practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances.
Self-starter who can manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Handle litigations in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. state and federal courts.
Draft and argue motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Manage your own docket with real autonomy.
Take an active role in depositions and ADR proceedings.
Contribute to trial preparation and trial responsibilities.
