Qualifications

• 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, real property, or trusts.
• Demonstrated experience with motions practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigations in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. state and federal courts.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Manage your own docket with real autonomy.
• Take an active role in depositions and ADR proceedings.
• Contribute to trial preparation and trial responsibilities.
