Wyatt Early Harris Wheeler LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate to support civil litigation cases in our High Point office, North Carolina. The role includes conducting legal research, drafting documentation, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Federal and State courts in North Carolina required.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of litigation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery and represent clients in court.
